| Our products—micro porous ceramic filter is made of diatomite, diatom is foliage with puniness, one-celled, pelagic, according to the different water environment, there are three kinds, such as seawater, half-seawater, and freshwater, diatom lives in the near water surface, it comes into a part of foliage chain, before they died they are the last part of foliage chain, and after died they comes to porous stone---diatomite by thousands years, the hole rate can be reached 75% of this material, above 3/4 is the hole. A good nature filter material, it is used for drinking water, beer, and so on. Our company manufactures this diatomite material for more than 5 year, we use the diatomite from Changbai Mountain district in China, by washing, drying, pressing to molding, and also by high temperature to calcine. As a high-class filter material after being shaped and sintered in high temperatures, this micro porous ceramic filter is made of diatomite. The material is evenly coated with argentous ions internally which has antibacterial and anticorrosive effect that effectively removes bacteria, minute particle impurities and viruses in the water. It can be widely applied in purification of drinking water and mineral water, fighting bacteria as well as preparation of germfree water, disinfectant fluid and highly. Main traits of micro porous ceramic filter: 1、 Light, high air hole ratio and a capacity less than 0.8g/cm3 .the air hole ratio is 1.3-1.5 times that of a general ceramic filter object. In the same conditions, its transmissibility is 1.5-3 times that of a general piece ceramic filter element; remove the bacteria above 99%. 2、 Apertures are evenly laid with a high filter precision that reaches 0.2-0.5 um; 3、 Status of self-cleaning is fine without any contamination in itself; 4、 It is liable to regenerate, which allows rinsing with brushes, polished with sand paper and flushed with clear water o repeated washing.
